Bookmark WHAT TYPES OF ACTIONS MAY BE TAKEN AGAINST MY ACCOUNT IN H1Z1?

We take Community Standards very seriously here at Daybreak Games. In the spirit of keeping our games fun and fair for all to enjoy, we have policies and guidelines in place for all to abide by. If these policies are violated, it may result in disciplinary action being taken against your account. This can include, but is not limited to; a warning, an account and/or voice chat suspension, a temporary cooldown/lock, and up to a ban of the account. The type and duration of the disciplinary action may vary from case to case.

Warning

This is a notification that you have violated one of our policies, but usually in a minor manner. As the message states; this is just a warning to discontinue the behavior in order to avoid further action being taken against your account.

Temporary Cooldown / Lock

This is a temporary cool down period applied to your account after unusual activity has occurred. Game access will be blocked for 60-90 minutes while information can be verified.

Suspension

This means a temporary suspension, or blocking of account access has been issued. This is a result of directly violating one of our policies, either repeatedly (prior warning), or in a more severe manner than what would warrant a Warning. The length of the suspension depends on the severity of the policy violation.

Voice Chat Suspension

This is a restriction of your voice chat access in the game. This is usually a result of toxic behavior being demonstrated in game. The length of the suspension depends on the severity of the policy violation. You will be able to hear other players talking, but you will not be able to speak in voice chat. This applies to all game modes.

Ban

This is an extended or indefinite suspension of your account. This is the result of an egregious or severe violation, or the culmination of multiple violations, of at least one of our policies.
